Postfix で「fatal: invalid "(オプション名)" option value: missing '=' after attribute name」エラーになる - Postfix

Postfix で「fatal: invalid "(オプション名)" option value: missing '=' after attribute name」が発生する現象について紹介します。

現象

/var/log/maillog に下記のエラーが記録されます。

fatal: invalid "(オプション名)" option value: missing '=' after attribute name

特に多いケースが下記です。

fatal: invalid "-o smtpd_relay_restrictions" option value: missing '=' after attribute name

アトリビュート名(属性名)と値の間の"=" に空白が含まれていると発生します。

-o smtpd_client_restrictions=$mua_client_restrictions

-o smtpd_client_restrictions = $mua_client_restrictions

"="の間にスペースがあると、エラーになります。

特に /etc/postfix/master.cf の　"-o smtpd_relay_restrictions" の部分はデフォルトのテンプレートで

# -o smtpd_relay_restrictions = permit_mynetwork, permit_sasl_authenticated, reject_unauth_destination

と書いてあるため、要注意です。
