RazorPages アプリケーションを実行すると "InvalidOperationException: Unable to find the required services." エラーが発生しページが表示できない現象について紹介します。

現象

実行結果

ASP.NET Core のRazorPagesのアプリケーションを実行すると、下図の例外が発生します。


デバッグ実行していない場合は、Webブラウザの画面に同様のエラーメッセージが表示されます。

原因

ConfigureServices() メソッド内で、AddRazorPages() メソッドを呼び出しサービスにRazorPagesのサービスを追加していないことが原因です。

対処法

ConfigureServices() メソッド内に services.AddRazorPages(); を追記します。
