現象
PHPで以下を一例とするワーニングメッセージが記録されます。
PHP Warning: strtotime(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. 対策
php.iniファイルを編集し、PHPのタイムゾーンを指定すると解消されます。
変更前 : php.ini

変更後 : php.ini
コメントアウトされている "date.timezone =" のコメントを外して有効にし、日本国内であれば、"Asia/Tokyo" を指定します。
